E-mail setup

User Settings:

  • Incoming mail (POP3) Server: pop.gopvalues.com
  • Outgoing mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.gopvalues.com [or your ISP's smtp server]
  • E-mail address: Your username@gopvalues.com
  • Username: Your GopValues Member ID @gopvalues.com, all lower case! example: yourid@gopvalues.com
  • Password: Your GopValues password
  • Reply to: Your username@GOPvalues.com
  • Max. Attachment Size: 5 MB
  • Individual E-mail Box Size: 100 MB

Using the information above, please refer to the setup instructions in the e-mail program that you will be using to properly set up your e-mail address. Click on the links below for help on common email client programs.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to prevent SPAM email services and other non-GOPvalues customers from using our servers This configuration REQUIRES POP before SMTP. You must authenticate by retrieving your messages from our server before the server will allow you to send new messages. Check the "My server requires authentication" box under "more settings" and select "Use the same settings as my incoming server".
