E-mail setup

PLEASE NOTE: In order to prevent SPAM email services and other non-GOPvalues customers from using our servers This configuration REQUIRES POP before SMTP. You must authenticate by retrieving your messages from our server before the server will allow you to send new messages. Check the "My server requires authentication" box under "more settings" and select "Use the same settings as my incoming server".

How to configure IncrediMail XE

1. Open Incredimail XE. After it has loaded, Left Click on Tools. A menu will drop down, search for and Left-Click Accounts.

2. In the Mail Accounts window Left-Click Add.

3. Select Let me configure settings myself and Left-Click OK.

4. Type in your Name and your e-mail address (ex: user@gopvalues.com). When you have finished Left-Click Next.

5. For the incoming mail server type pop.gopvalues.com, and for the outgoing mail server type smtp.gopvalues.com. Then Left-Click Next.

6. Type your Username (username@gopvalues.com) and your Password in the designated fields. Then Left-Click Finish.

7. Congratulations you are almost done, Left-Click OK and go to step 8.

8. We must now make sure the properties are set correctly. Left-Click Tools and go down and Left-Click on Accounts just as you did in step 1.

9. Left-Click on Properties.

10. Once in the properties window Left-Click on the Servers tab. Enter your information as shown below. Once you have done this correctly Left-Click OK.

Congratulations you have succesfully setup Incredimail XE.
